This seems rather odd and I don't know how I got around to watching this on YouTube, but I want to try it. Kinda scared though. Its suppose to be a Japanese favorite. Most Americans are afraid to try it because of the raw egg. But when you think about it, the hot rice should cook the egg thoroughly.
Has anyone ever tried this dish before? Or am I alone in this? Seems so interesting.... hhhmmm
Being in South East Asia for the past couple of years, I know that I would be willing to try that dish..in fact I'm gonna make it someday soon! x

ReplyDeleteWhen I was in school in Baton Rouge, we used to eat eggs rice, it is DELISH!
You scramble and egg, and we'd usually heat up leftover rice, and before the scrambled egg was cooked all the way, we would add the rice...add soy sauce towards the end, a little salt and pepper...DELISH!
And girl I wanted to thank you for always visiting my page...YOU ROCK!
