Good Hair

Good Hair is a Chris Rock production about all types of hair. In this documentary, Chris visits beauty salons, scientific labatories, and Indian temples. Many African Americans define good hair as long and silky. Chris wants to get to the bottom of why some black women spend hundreds, thousands even to get what they call "Good Hair".Do you think long hair defines beauty? Will you watch this documentary?

  3. Yes of course i'll be watching! And no i dont think long hair defines beauty. I have ALOT of hair and it is LONG(alot of WORK too) but i dont think thats why i'm beautiful.I think your personalilty, character, attitude, basically YOU that defines beauty. Not wats on the outside type of beauty either whats on the inside beauty cuz thats what really matters in the long run. What you have that people can see on the outside isn't always pretty.

  10. I want to see this movie!! Hair is a touchy subject for blacks, and I take pride in my hair. I do think hair helps define beauty but it all comes down to what people think is beautiful. Everybody has their own perceptions about it.
